Welcome to Yoga Spirit Studios, we’re so excited to meet you soon. Most people start with the New Member Introductory Offer -$59 Unlimited 3 Weeks Pass.

An Unlimited pass gives you the opportunity to explore our classes and locations (yes - the pass includes in-studio, and virtual classes!) and get to know the community.

You can either sign up online or visit us in the studio 20 minutes before your first class to get set up. :)

Welcome! Every single person who has done yoga has started as a beginner :). Whether you're super bendy or can't touch your toes, spiritual or atheist, or if you believe you’re too much of one thing or too little of another thing - yoga is for everyone.

At Yoga Spirit Studios, we drop all judgments at the door so you can truly explore the practice of Yoga as you are. You don’t have to be your “best self” here.

Most beginners start with the New Member Introductory Offer or join our 6 weeks Beginner's Yoga courses which are specifically designed for beginners. From there, you can start exploring our different classes of Hatha Yoga, Slow Flow, Vinyasa Flow Meditation, and Yin.

We are your well-being centre!

We specialize in traditional Hatha Yoga and Meditation, but we do offer flow/vinyasa-style yoga, Yoga Nidra, Slow flow, and Yin classes. Our most of the classes are for total well-being (physical, mental and spiritual).

We give special emphasis to mental and emotional well-being.

For virtual classes, you must sign up for a class at least 30 minutes before the start time; otherwise, you won’t receive the Zoom link.

For in-studio and outdoor classes - we highly recommend that you sign up in advance! Our in-studio classes may fill up, so reserve your spot early.

Yourself-with an open heart !

And also probably some basic yoga things like a mat (or you can loan ours, we do not charge for that :), water, a big towel to use over bolsters, and props if you’d like to use your own.

It's Easy!

Parking is easily available on the adjacent streets of Clifford and West Street. Read the parking instructions properly.

We’re happy to extend class packs for medical reasons. 
For all other reasons, we decide on the individual case secanrios.

Our unlimited membership is fortnightly auto pay, after minimum 3 months of commitment, you can cancel/suspend your membership any time with four weeks of advance notice.

 Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that students cancel their classes if they are unable to attend. Here are the guidelines for cancellations:

1) Multi-Class/Casual Class Pass Holders
- No Time Limit for In-Person Late Cancellations: You can cancel at any time before the class starts. However, if you cancel less than an hour before the class start time, the class will not be credited back to your account.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 15 minutes before the class start time will be considered late, but there is no late cancellation fee.

2) Live-Stream Classes
Booking and Cancellation: Please book and cancel live-stream classes at least 30 minutes before the start time.

3) Rolling Membership Holders
Late Cancellation Fee: A late cancellation fee of $10 per class may be applied if you repeatedly (more than 5 times in a month) book classes and do not show up.

Cancelling classes in advance helps our teachers to better organize and prepare for their sessions. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Just a few things :)

• Once you are inside the practice hall, please maintain silence and avoid chatting.
• Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes, cologne, or deodorant in the studio.
• Before class starts, fully mute your cell phone rather than putting it on vibrate. 
• Stay for shavasana! Shavasana is a special time for a lot of students, so please don't leave the room during shavasana. If you must leave early, please leave during the “cool down” portion of class.
