Prenatal yoga is specifically designed for pregnant women. It is an excellent way for expectant mothers to stay physically active, reduce stress, and prepare for childbirth. Prenatal yoga typically involves gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and relaxation techniques that are safe for pregnant women to practice. It may also include poses that can help to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and improve overall balance and flexibility. More than a fitness class, prenatal yoga is also a holistic preparation for birth and beyond.
Your needs during pregnancy are very different from those of the general population, and our highly trained specialty teachers know exactly how to take care of you. We encourage you to attend after the 12-week mark and connect with our group of people going through the same wonderful changes that you are.
