About the presenter

Mukul Singla from Therapia Sports and Spine has over 24 years of experience as a physiotherapist and has a passion for active recovery. He has a personal mission to help raise the standards of care through community engagement, contribution to professional development of Medical and Allied Health practitioners.
He uses a combination of Yoga, pilates and principals with manual therapy, Mckenzie approach, muscle energy techniques, western acupuncture and dry needling. He believes in ‘movement based rehabilitation’ and often says that ‘the better a person understands their body and their problem, the better they can manage it’.
