In addition, to drop-in yoga classes for ongoing yoga, Yoga Spirit Studios offers courses ranging from 4 to 8 weeks in duration that will teach you different aspects of yoga in a more focused way. In these courses, you will attend at the same time on the same day of the week for the duration of your course. These courses are of great value. They may include:

Discover the ideal introduction to group yoga classes with our six-week Beginners Yoga Course, designed for those new to yoga or who would like to get back to Yoga. Sessions commence regularly throughout the year, providing a supportive and accessible way to embark on your yoga journey. Next course starting on 5th May, Sundays 10.30am-11.30am
Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to stay connected to the body and its changing needs during pregnancy. More than a fitness class, prenatal yoga is a holistic preparation for birth and beyond. Next Course - Mondays 17 June - 5 August '24, 7.30pm-8.30pm
